Smart Design 2006 LTD was established 4 years ago in Varna. The main area of activity of the company covers all phases of ship design.

The team is most experienced in detailed design, arrangement and preparation of drawings for piping, ventilation ducts, machines, mechanisms and cable trays in the machine rooms of the ship.

Thanks to its experienced staff in the field of steel auxiliary structures, the company is often assigned modeling and preparation of working drawings of foundations for marine equipment of any kind. Due to the fact that the team consists of qualified young engineers, it successfully combines the traditional methods in ship design validated over the years and the modern capabilities of the most advanced computer CAD / CAM modeling.

All this made Smart Design 2006 LTD a preferred partner by many world leading companies and shipyards, including STX Europe (Aker Yards) - their shipyards in Norway, Finland, France, and joint projects in Abu Dhabi. The team was charged also with part of the project in one of the largest passenger ships - NB 1363 GENESIS "Oasis of the Seas", ordered by Royal Caribbean International.

The company is recognized as the only Bulgarian company of such type, working directly with Norwegian shipyards, helping them to develop some of the most complex systems on ships with special designation (AHTS, ROV, OSCV), serving oil platforms.

English skills of all designers in the team makes the communication with foreign business partners fast, easy and useful.
